These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the marketing and design services (“Services”) provided by START LOADED LTD (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), accessible at atravela.co. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and START LOADED LTD.
2. Services
Our Services encompass marketing and design solutions, including but not limited to, graphic design, web design, content creation, branding, and digital marketing. The specific details of the Services will be outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features or areas of our Services, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Payment for our Services is outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal. You agree to pay all fees as specified and in the agreed-upon method. Where you are on the Design Plan, section 9 applies.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. By using our Services, you consent to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services for any violation of these Terms. Termination may also result from inactivity on your account. You can terminate your use of our Services at any time by contacting us.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
9. The Design Plan
What it is. The Design Plan is a weekly subscription. You may make unlimited requests, and we work through them one at a time, in the order you set.
Billing. The Plan is billed weekly in advance through Stripe, in US dollars or pounds sterling, at the price shown when you subscribe. Work continues through the weeks you have paid for while the subscription is active.
Delivery. Most requests are delivered within 48 hours. Larger pieces of work, such as a website, a brand or a pitch deck, are broken into steps, and each step is delivered within 48 hours. The 48 hours runs on business days, Monday to Friday, and starts once we have everything we need from you to begin. Where a request cannot be met in that time, we will tell you before the 48 hours is up and give you a date.
Pausing and cancelling. You may pause or cancel at any time, effective at the end of the week you have paid for. The current week is not refunded, and any unused part of it is not carried over.
Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the first week of a new subscription, tell us within 30 days of that first payment and we will refund it in full.
Ownership. Once a week is paid for, the work delivered in it, including source files, is yours.
10. Referral credit
A referral qualifies when someone you introduce, who has not worked with us before, makes their first payment for the Design Plan or a paid project. An introduction that does not become a paying client earns nothing. You then receive one free week of the Design Plan, to be started within six months of that payment. Every further new paying client you introduce earns another week. Credits are not transferable and have no cash value.
