Hiring both a senior-level designer and marketer can cost well over $100,000 annually, along with benefits (if you can even find the right candidates). What’s more, you might not consistently have enough work to keep them busy, leaving you to pay for unutilized time.

With our weekly subscription, you can pause and resume as needed, ensuring you only pay your when you have work.

On average, most requests are completed in one or two days or less (depending on the request).
 
More complex requests can take longer or can be broken down into smaller steps (we’ll let you know if a request needs to be broken down).

A website can be quite a big request, so it will be broken down into pages or stages (planning and research, wire-framing, design concept, high-fidelity design, content creation, development, testing, review and feedback, launch, post-launch and maintenance, marketing and promotion, and analytics and optimisation.)
You might be surprised to hear this, but Atravela is actually an agency of one. This means you’ll work directly with me, Thomas Talavera, founder of Atravela. However, we have an able team of specialised freelancers that help us complete projects to the highest standards in as little time as possible.

Billing cycles are weekly. If you decide to pause your subscription, the cycle will pause at the end of the current week. You can resume anytime you like by sending us an email to hello@atravela.co.

We can adapt to most softwares, but we commonly use Adobe Suite, Figma, Webflow, WordPress and Google Suite, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Trello, etc.
Atravela offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it’s fair game.
Absolutely. Atravela does not cover the following design and marketing work: 3D modelling, print design, cold outreach.
